Villa Ladera Alta is a wonderful privately owned villa, boasting every facility for a fantastic holiday! The location is very peaceful in end of the street with no trafic noice, yet the beach is just 10 min walk away. The house is comfortable and modern with new furniture. It has a very large kitchen and BBQ grill. This 14 year old, modern villa consists of 3 levels with all rooms presenting a fantastic view. The private owned villa, by beautiful Nerja, set in an elevated positionpool has view of the Mediterranean sea and mountains too. Near the beaches with very nice restaurants. Two free private parking spots by the house.
The house sleeps up to 10 people. No pets are allowed.
The house is divided into four floors with stairs between them including the pool area. Even though the main floor has wheelchair access from the parking area the house is not suitable for disabled.
Rental car is recommended.
Maximum length of rental period is 1 month.
Prices that we give are based on a stay longer than 5 days. Please also note that we charge 200 EUR extra if you are more than 8 persons.
